Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
Every TAJALLI piece is crafted with care, intention, and attention to detail.
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. The following policy explains returns, exchanges, cancellations, and warranty coverage.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be returned in their original condition.
- Include all original packaging and accompanying materials.
- Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund is approved.
Custom & Personalized Orders
The following items are considered custom-made and are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Made-to-order pieces produced specifically for the customer.
- Custom-designed jewelry.
- Personalized or engraved items.
- Special sizing requests.
- Any item modified at the customer's request.
Cancellation of custom orders may only be possible before production has begun.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.
As most TAJALLI pieces are handcrafted and made to order, once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
Custom-made, personalized, engraved, specially sized, or made-to-order items are non-cancellable once production has commenced and are not eligible for refund.

Exchanges
Items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they:
- Are unworn and undamaged.
- Are returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Pass inspection upon return.
Subject to availability, customers may exchange their item for:
- Another TAJALLI piece.
- Store credit.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For valuable items, we strongly recommend using a fully insured and trackable shipping service. TAJALLI cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
Where permitted by law, cancellation fees may apply in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
Studio Purchases
Items purchased directly at the TAJALLI studio in Ein Kerem, Jerusalem, may be returned or exchanged in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations and the conditions outlined in this policy.
Warranty
TAJALLI jewelry is crafted from solid gold and carefully selected gemstones.
We provide a 2-Year Warranty covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Scratches or surface marks.
- Accidental damage.
- Improper use, storage, or maintenance.
- Damage caused by impact, pressure, or misuse.
- Damage to diamonds or gemstones caused by accidental impact.
- Damage caused by third-party repairs, resizing, or alterations.
