The warranty period is two years.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, accidents, improper use, normal wear and tear, or any modification made by a third party.

All TAJALLI jewelry is handcrafted with great care and attention to detail, designed to accompany you for many years.
Our designs incorporate diamonds and natural gemstones, which are unique natural materials. Therefore, we highly recommend insuring valuable jewelry through an appropriate personal insurance policy.
Personal jewelry insurance may provide protection in cases of loss, theft, accidental damage, or other unforeseen events that are not covered by our warranty.
Diamonds & Gemstones
Our jewelry is designed to last for many years. However, it is important to remember that diamonds and gemstones are natural materials.
Scratches, chips, cracks, or damage to diamonds or gemstones are not covered under the warranty.
These may occur as a result of accidental impact, pressure, dropping the jewelry, or other external forces beyond our control.
Should a gemstone become loose or require inspection, we will be happy to assist and provide a suitable repair quotation if needed.
Repairs
We are happy to assist with repair requests whenever possible.
Repairs that are not covered under the warranty may be subject to additional charges depending on the nature of the repair.
